My first proposal is about going back to normal classes and how to improve it in conection to the pandemia and the second one is about ways of improving the school canteen. A proposal is a piece of writing, where you tryto convince other to follow your ideas, and if this ideas are not followed, the situation will not improve. When I read my classmates proposal I noticed that he culd develop the same idea but in a different way.
When writing a proposal, you need to convince others that your opinion is the best and it has to be followed to change the situation.
If you are wrting a proposal, it may be useful to write down some key notes before starting, so that you can organize in a better way. In addition, you have to balance your proposal and see if the paragraphs have more or less the same lenght.
Proposal 1:
Going back to normal clases
The aim of this proposal is to make the return to classes better, because returning normally is a problem during this pandemic moment. To solve this problem I recommend having online and face to face classes.
For example having theory during online classes
Having exams and works during face to face classes
In addition, separating people groups may be a great idea, in order to not have much contact with each other.
Online classes
Firstly, having the theory during online classes is positive, since the teacher can explain perfectly through the computer, and the students can connect to the class while they are in their home.
Face to Face classes
Additionally, they can also have face to face classes. In this type of class, teachers can make students take exercises or exams. The virtual and face to face classes can be divided into a virtual week in the morning and a face-to-face week in the afternoon. And then the next week the other way around.
Separating in groups
Another way of solving the return of normal classes may be separating the students in groups, and also the time to go to break or also entering school. This could be done so that there is the least possible contact between the students and that there are the fewest possible cases.
Conclusion
In conclusion, having both types of classes at the same time is the best way to go back to school, since it is the best way to control the pandemia in the school. If these ideas are not followed and only online classes are given, some students may not be able to connect or to understand the classes. In addition if face to face classes are given and students are not separated, the pandemia will continue being much difficult to control.
Proposal 2:
College Canteen
The colleague canteen plays an important role in a school, since it's where the children eat. To make more kids eat in the cantine, the aspects in consideration will be the ones that the students suggested, since they are the ones that have to be comfortable.
Food variety
Making a bigger food variety for the students to eat, will increase the students' satisfaction. In this way, they will have more available options to choose. In addition, for example, some students may be vegetarian and with the lack of food variety the meal might be a problem for them.
Shorter queues
Another improvement would be to add one more cashier at the time of paying for the food, since there are long queues and students have to wait a long time to eat. By reducing waiting times, students could have some free time before their next class and could use them to relax for a while.
Cleaning stuff
Last but not least, having a clean canteen is a really important fact, since nobody likes to eat in a dirty place. Sometimes, the cleaning stuff can't keep up with cleaning everything, so adding more cleaning stuff will make the cantine a better place to eat.
Conclusion
In conclusion, if these ideas are not followed, the students will not eat at the college canteen, since they are not comfortable with the actual one.
